My client, an industry leading design, manufacturing, and installation firm are looking for a Project Coordinator to support their growing design and sales team.

The Project Coordinator's primary focus is to ensure each customer's journey is flawless. Coordinating with sales, design and manufacturing teams, double-checking specifications and tracking progress, you will keep every moving part aligned so customers enjoy a smooth, reliable experience from order to installation.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking open projects ensuring they are passed over to manufacture within strict time limits from date of payment.
  • Liaising with clients to complete missing information or confirm detail within an order.
  • Checking surveys and drawings to ensure that manufacturing sizes are correct.
  • Creating manufacturing and installation documents, using the information provided from the sales consultants, to be passed on to the Operations team.
  • Providing administration assistance to the department managers.

As a Project Coordinator you will have:

  • Strong IT skills, with a focus on MS Excel, Outlook and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Coordination experience, dealing with multiple small projects at one time.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Good problem solving skills and out of the box thinking.
  • Some installation / manufacturing / design knowledge.

This is a fully office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
