This role will be hybrid working after 2 weeks training in the Ripponden office.

Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately maintained and updated in company systems.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally to achieve resolution and satisfaction.

A successful Customer Relationship Manager should have:
