A brand new role in a fast paced business managing a team.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will have responsibility for all HR operational needs.

Client Details

A fast paced, rapid growing business with approx 700 heads currently with head office based in Leeds and sites across UK & Ireland.

Description

  • Reporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for all HR operations including:
  • Full employee life cycle - on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, contracts of employment
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Advisor's
  • Responsible for all HR processes, procedures focusing on efficiencies, process mapping and process improvement
  • Manage the HR mailbox volume of work and output to the business
  • Managing employee engagement survey and business communications
  • Managing HR projects
  • Manage the HRIS - including implementation and embedding new HRIS in 2026

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a HR Operations/Shared Services capacity
  • Have managed and developed a HR team
  • Have been responsible for full employee life cycle, process improvement and efficiencies
  • Have owned and managed HRIS
  • CIPD Qualified - desirable
