Description

Responsible for managing the procedures for the newly refurbished office to ensure a great working environment

Ensure the smooth running of the office

Provide reception coverage

Manage external suppliers servicing the office

Assist in organising events

Liaise with international offices

Ensure statutory obligations are met and coordinate health and safety requirements

Arrange travel and accommodation as needed

Profile

A successful Receptionist/Office Manager should have:
