Mechanical Supervisor - FM Service Provider - London Liverpool Street - Up to £55,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactiveMechanicalMaintenanceSupervisorto join an FMServiceProvider based

The role combines hands on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time working directly on the tools, with the remaining 50% focused on day to day supervision, planning, and providing technical support to a team ofseven engineers.

Hours of Work

• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• Call out 1 in 7

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of seven engineers.
• Daily checks, planned and reactivemaintenanceof electrical systems
• First response to electrical or system faults across the building
• Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
• Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary
• Coordinating with mobile support team and on site contractors as needed
• Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close out of all work orders

About You

• Mechanical qualified C&G Level 2 & 3
• Proactive and able to problem solve quickly
• Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
• Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
• Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
