Description
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory team.
- Prepare and manage client documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules effectively.
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all processes.
Profile
A successful Senior Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Financial Services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial advisory processes and compliance requirements.
