Trainee Trainer / Operations Support

Or perhaps you ve worked in a structured, professional environment and are looking for a career change into training, with full support and development?
This is a people-focused role, where attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn matter more than prior industry knowledge. You will be given around 6 months of structured training and coaching, so we re looking for someone who enjoys learning, asking questions and growing into a specialist role.
The OpportunityYou will join a small, professional training and operations team, supporting clients across the UK. Over time, you ll develop into a trainer yourself, delivering courses, supporting clients and becoming a trusted subject expert.
Training is delivered to a wide range of organisations, so confidence speaking to groups (online or in person) and the ability to explain information clearly is key.
What you ll be doingOnce fully trained, your role will include:
Delivering a number of training courses each week (full training provided)
Supporting the booking, confirmation and administration of training courses
Updating training materials as legislation and guidance changes
Responding to client enquiries and providing helpdesk-style support
Working closely with senior team members to ensure a high-quality client experience
Supporting internal knowledge sharing and training when required
Handling operational and invoicing administration linked to training delivery
Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes

Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Happy to work office-based initially while training
