Job Title: Senior Planner / Principal Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner or Principal Planner to join a well-established, Director-led planning consultancy in Leeds. The team works on a wide variety of major projects across the North, with an impressive client base of developers, investors, corporates, and charities.

This is a fantastic chance to work on high-profile schemes and be part of a growing team with a strong pipeline of new instructions for 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing planning statements, site appraisals, policy reviews, applications, appeals, and development plan representations.
