Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Parts Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement within the parts and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare and issue quotations using SAP and internal systems
  • Process customer orders and verify purchase orders
  • Research equipment and pump records to identify correct parts
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure best delivery outcomes
  • Follow up quotations and support order completion through to payment and warranty
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with pricing, documentation and procedures
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the parts business

Skills & Experience

  • GCSE level education (or equivalent)
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel); SAP experience desirable
  • Engineering knowledge advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload

Personal Qualities

  • Confident communicator with good telephone skills
  • Persistent, customer-focused and enthusiastic
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy office environment
