Nursery Room Leader

Location: Sussex, Surrey, Kent & London
Pay: £15 £18 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, ongoing
Payment: Weekly

We are currently recruiting experienced Nursery Room Leaders to manage and support nursery rooms across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner looking to lead a team, drive high-quality early years provision, and make a real difference in children s development.

• Leading and managing a nursery room in line with EYFS standards

• Supporting, mentoring, and supervising staff

• Planning and delivering high-quality learning activities

• Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

• Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance

• Monitoring children s progress and reporting to management

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting

• Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements

• Strong organisational and team management skills

• Clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK
