Description

Finance Manager responsibilities include;

• Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts and board pack commentary
• Posting month-end journals and conducting periodic P&L reviews
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Lead on financial discussions with key stakeholders, including local government bodies
• Providing commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Manage cash flow and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and decision-making
• Maintain and update financial records with precision and confidentiality

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of working in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Previous commercial and management accounting experience required
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business.
