Support Worker- Adults

Randstad is currently partnering with Walsingham Support to find dedicated Support Workers in West Cumbria. We are looking for committed individuals to provide nursing and personal care for adults (under and over 65) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.

The Package & Pay:

• Weekdays: £13.68 per hour

• Weekends: £15.77 per hour

• Sleep-ins: £64.98 per shift

• Benefits: Free accredited training, a dedicated specialist consultant, and total flexibility via our shift booking app.

Key Requirements (Essential): To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent UK experience in residential home services.

• Commitment: Availability for a minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week.

• Right to Work: Unrestricted right to work in the UK. Please note: Due to the hours required, we cannot accept Skilled Worker or Student Visas. We do not offer sponsorship.

• Documentation: An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service.

• Training: Valid mandatory training certificates + PMVA/Restraint training.

• Transport: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to work with some clients
