We have a vacancy wthin the Customer Service Centre at Lincolnshire County Council, within the Adult Care Team, for a Customer Service Advisor.
Main Responsibilities:
The position is to deal with contacts via telephone and email from the public and professionals, who are contacting the council for information and advice, to report a safeguarding or to access a service within the Adult Care, Carer Service and/or the Wellbeing Service.
These calls can be complex, sensitive, and emotive, therefore training will be provided.
