This contract role offers the chance to oversee vital maintenance strategies and compliance, ensuring all operations meet the highest standards.
This position, initially offered on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months but with chance of extension for an additional 3 months.
The Role
As the Facilities Manager, you ll:
• Manage the in-house engineering team, including electrical, mechanical, and building engineers.
• Develop and implement the maintenance strategy to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee building compliance documentation, ensuring strict adherence to standards.
• Communicate with senior management regarding budgets and timelines.
• Supervise contractors to maintain high Health & Safety standards.

To be successful in the role of Facilities Manager, you ll bring:
• Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance strategies.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse engineering team.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in facilities management.
