LEAD IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

£65,000 + BENEFITS

MANCHESTER (Hybrid)

This is a senior, ownership-heavy role where you will design, build and continuously improve how internal systems and workflows operate.

THE COMPANY:

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, UK-based financial services organisation that operates at the intersection of banking, technology and fintech enablement. Recently established as a fully licensed UK bank, they provide core banking infrastructure to hundreds of fintech and digital asset companies, alongside a growing SME lending operation.

The environment is modern, cloud-first, and automation-driven but there's significant scope to improve and rebuild how systems, access, and operational processes are managed.

THE ROLE:

• You'll own Atlassian end-to-end
• You'll build automation from scratch,
• Design and implement joiner / mover / leaver automation, integrating JSM with identity platforms
• Build automated access reviews, audits and recertification processes
• Develop dashboards, reporting and MI for senior leadership and board-level visibility
• Lead requirements gathering across the business to optimise access and permissions
• Contribute to SDLC thinking, testing, validation and change management

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Deep, hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud
• Proven experience building systems and automations from scratch
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing and validation
• Comfortable owning a function end-to-end
• Strong communicator who actively engages stakeholders across the business

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £65,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
