• Lead and inspire a talented finance team, managing all transactional activities including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Optimise processes and systems, introducing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
• Deliver meaningful insights through accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance and governance, managing audits and maintaining robust internal controls.
• Champion team development, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with proven leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Skilled in financial systems, BI tools (e.g., PowerBI), and MS Office.
• Excellent communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
