Business Process Mapping Project Manager

We are seeking a Business Process Mapping Project Manager to oversee and streamline processes within the banking and financial services sector. This role is based in London and requires a project management professional with a strong understanding of business analysis and process mapping. Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee business process maps within the banking and financial services department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align project goals with organisational objectives.
• Ensure all process documentation adheres to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as part of project management.
• Utilise project management tools to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions for new processes.

Profile

A successful Business Process Map Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years in project management
• Experience in process analysis and mapping (e.g., ARIS)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., DORA)
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
