Job Description

Our client, based near Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team, to provide essential administrative support. This is a full time, office-based role, working in a busy environment with a lovely team that values collaboration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact, welcoming visitors and answering the telephone
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms, organising catering and refreshments
  • Weekly health and safety checks
  • Organising and monitoring a proactive IT, stationery, and consumables system
  • Providing general office and administrative support across the team.

Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience to be suitable for the role:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Previous experience of working in a small admin team
  • English and Maths GCSE (minimum)
  • A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
