The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Contract Delivery Team in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients. A Talent Sourcing Specialist is also accountable for organising registration events, overseeing the remote recruitment assistant, managing candidate attraction activity and ensuring all elements of the recruitment process are followed in a timely manner from attraction to offer.
What You'll Do
- Working with the Talent Delivery Specialists in designing attraction campaigns
- Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals
- Understanding the different role types/locations as per your clients business
- Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of clients
- Locating and matching suitable positions for candidates as quickly as possible
- Ensuring adherence to candidate data compliance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and relationship management.
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Has an interest in the Care sector.
