Job Description

My client is looking for a senior level interim consultant to Support the Director to deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

You will be accountable to ensure the housing stock is repaired and maintained to a good standard for its tenants and meets regulatory requirements and decent home standards.

Description

  • Lead and manage the property maintenance and repair operations effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to meet organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of safety and quality across all property-related activities.
  • Provide strategic advice on property maintenance and repair initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Report on progress and outcomes to senior management and relevant authorities.

Profile

A successful Interim Head of R&M should have:
