Hourly Rate - £17.50 per hour
Job Role - Temp to Perm

Our client is seeking an experienced Soft Landscape Supervisor to lead on-site teams delivering high-quality soft landscaping projects across residential and commercial sites. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident supervising teams while maintaining excellent standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading soft landscaping teams on site
• Planning daily workloads and allocating tasks
• Turfing, planting, and soil preparation to a high standard
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification
• Monitoring quality control and site presentation
• Liaising with management, clients, and other trades on site
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

About You

• Proven experience in soft landscaping
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
• Strong plant knowledge and practical landscaping skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Full UK driving licence essential
• CSCS Card holder
