Job Description

The role:

Reed HR are seeking an organised, proactive, detail-driven Operations Manager to support HR and operational functions within a busy environment!

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys variety, and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

The successful candidate will need an in-date Passport and be willing to travel abroad for work.

Location: Sutton / Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to FridayJob Type: Full-time permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Contractor & Assignment Support

  • Arrange and book flights worldwide; maintain flight tracker.
  • Coordinate and book medicals aligned with client/project needs.
  • Manage and submit work permit and visa applications.
  • Obtain and verify references.

HR Administration

  • Prepare, draft, and issue Contracts of Employment and Contracts for Services.
  • Manage contract addendums, renewals, and ad-hoc HR documents (employment verifications, visa support letters, employer statements).
  • Support internal and external onboarding.

Operations & Compliance

  • Provide administrative support for internal audits.
  • Assist with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 accreditation maintenance.
  • Manage and track company contracts and subscriptions.

Sales & Business Support

  • Support sales team with editing/updating sales PDFs and materials.
  • Prepare documents and reports for operational and commercial activity.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in HR administration, operations, or contractor support.
  • Understanding of compliance, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Experience with international contractors/visas (desirable)
  • Fluent in French and/or Spanish (desirable)
