About the Role

Are you an experienced Associate-level Air Quality Consultant with 15-20 years of expertise, looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking consultancy in Bristol?

This Associate position offers the chance to work on exciting multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior staff, and play a pivotal role in shaping the business's long-term success and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

In this Associate role, you'll act as a key link between Directors and junior consultants, with responsibilities including:

  • Leading air quality projects across transport, odour, indoor air quality, and planning & development

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, integrated solutions

  • Supporting networking, marketing, and client engagement to grow the organisation's presence in Bristol and other UK locations

  • Mentoring and developing junior staff, both technically and professionally

  • Contributing to strategic planning within an employee-owned consultancy structure

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a technically strong consultant with proven leadership ability:

  • Extensive industry experience: 12-20 years within air quality consultancy

  • Technical expertise: Strong background in air quality assessments and related disciplines
