Business Development Executive (Recruitment)

The Role

• Proactively identifying and engaging new business opportunities using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, websites and market research
• Monitoring online platforms and company websites to identify live job vacancies
• Tracking company PSLs and submitting targeted applications
• Booking meetings and calls to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Following up on warm leads provided by Recruitment Consultants
• Maintaining and qualifying contact data using the CRM system
• Distributing and following up marketing literature and campaigns
• Visiting new and existing clients to develop relationships and generate new business
• Supporting market research initiatives, including client gifting activity
• Negotiating terms of business for both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
• Taking and qualifying job vacancies, working closely with Consultants to ensure effective delivery

Person specification;

• Proven experience in sales, business development or telesales
• Previous experience within recruitment is desirable but not essential
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
