Job Description

Job Role: Sous Chef

Location: Small Hotel, Buckingham

Salary: 32,500 + Benefits

Hours: Approx. 45 hrs/week, no split shifts

About the role:

  • Cover breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
  • Assist with events (weddings, conferences, wakes - up to 200 covers)
  • A chance to work with and train Junior Chefs

  • Experienced in hotel or restaurant kitchens
  • Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused
  • Strong leadership skills and willingness to train others
  • Own whites, safety shoes, and knives
  • Live within commutable distance of Buckingham
