Job Role: Sous Chef
Location: Small Hotel, Buckingham
Salary: 32,500 + Benefits
Hours: Approx. 45 hrs/week, no split shifts

About the role:
- Cover breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
- Assist with events (weddings, conferences, wakes - up to 200 covers)
- A chance to work with and train Junior Chefs
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced in hotel or restaurant kitchens
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused
- Strong leadership skills and willingness to train others
- Own whites, safety shoes, and knives
- Live within commutable distance of Buckingham
