Supply Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) - Sheffield

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming Trust of Primary Schools in Sheffield to recruit a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis.
This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys flexibility while continuing to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of supportive primary schools within the Trust, gaining varied experience and making a positive contribution in different classroom environments.
About the Role:
Support learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, in line with experience
Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Provide support on a day-to-day and longer-term supply basis
Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school
Is flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school settings
Demonstrates strong communication skills and a positive approach to behaviour management
