Senior Surveyor / Project Manager - NHS Estates Projects

Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35)

Contract: Immediate start - until end of March 2026 (with potential extension)

Location: London-based, with travel to multiple sites

Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car

We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor / Project Manager to support a large NHS Trust in delivering a range of estates projects across London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct condition surveys
• Manage cyclical works, refurbishments, and installations
• Interpret survey data and write detailed specifications
• Liaise with contractors, analyze budgets, and ensure value engineering
• Oversee procurement, site visits, snagging, and final account closure
• Chair meetings, obtain quotes, and produce comprehensive reports
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Health & Safety standards
• Provide regular project updates and collaborate

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in estates project management within NHS
• Strong understanding of building surveying, specifications, and contractor management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
