About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Qualified Social Workers (QSW) division. This role plays a central part in supporting recruitment across our contracted social care clients, sourcing high-calibre Qualified Social Workers for roles within care homes and wider social care settings.

What You'll Be Doing

Candidate Attraction & Sourcing

  • Create accurate job adverts and support attraction campaigns.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct approaches.
  • Work at pace to deliver high-quality candidates quickly.

Candidate Management

  • Conduct initial screening and complete all compliance, vetting and referencing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems.
  • Manage candidate expectations and match them effectively to suitable roles.
  • Support registration events for high-volume requirements.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Understand client processes, systems and vacancy needs.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality service to clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient fulfilment of vacancies.

Targets & Performance

  • Work towards KPIs including: candidate fulfilment, compliance accuracy, quality of communication, effective registration event management, and production of high-quality attraction materials.
