Customer Relations Administrator Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in Reading)
Salary: £24,000
Contract: 12 month FTC
Travel: Must drive and have access to a car (no public transport access)
FIND is partnering with one of the UK s largest and most established training providers, an Ofsted Grade 2 organisation with over 30 years experience.
This role sits within a high-profile account, working on behalf of the organisation s largest automotive client, a globally recognised automotive brand operating worldwide.
The Role You ll play a key part in delivering a premium customer experience, acting as a first line of contact for a national retailer network while supporting the smooth delivery of adult learning training programmes. This includes coordinating resources, managing course administration, and proactively supporting course utilisation and bookings.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for retailer, trainer, and associate training enquiries, responding within agreed SLA timescales
- Support the Resource Lead with scheduling, coordination, and course administration
- Proactively monitor course utilisation, identifying low-attendance courses and supporting promotion to maximise bookings
- Raise purchase orders and manage academy consumables and stock
- Coordinate central resources, including virtual classroom licences
- Maintain LMS and supplier portals, including course closures and workbook orders
- Administer course requirements to ensure accurate learner records, certifications, and awarding body data
- Produce utilisation and stock reports, including monthly stock takes
Skills & Experience - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify efficiencies and cost savings
