About the Business
As one of the UK s leading care providers, our client delivers high-quality care across the South of England. The organisation has experienced significant growth and is now seeking a Chief Financial Officer to support the next phase of its evolution. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping the future of the business, with a strong focus on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and new care home developments as the organisation continues to scale.
Working in close partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
The Role
The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic and commercial financial leadership across the organisation.
This role combines high-level strategic oversight with strong operational control, spanning financial planning and analysis, performance management, investment appraisal, risk management, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated care environment.
The CFO will lead and develop a high-performing finance function, setting and delivering operational KPIs across the business. They will ensure robust financial governance while supporting the optimisation of care service delivery through improved efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or demonstrable experience working at board level.
