Damp & Mould Surveyor

We are seeking nationwide Damp & Mould Surveyors with a confident knowledge of Awaab's Law. You will play a key role in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving damp, mould, and condensation issues across residential properties, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and healthy for occupants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with a strong technical background and a passion for improving housing standards and resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections and surveys of residential properties to diagnose damp, mould, and condensation issues

• Identify root causes including building defects, ventilation issues, thermal bridging, and lifestyle factors

• Produce clear, accurate reports with photographic evidence and recommended remedial actions

• Specify and scope works for contractors, ensuring solutions are effective and cost-efficient

• Manage cases through to completion, including post-works inspections

• Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to provide technical guidance and updates

• Ensure compliance with housing legislation, health & safety standards, and company policies

• Support disrepair claims and complaints with technical assessments where required

To be successful in the role of Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in conducting Stock Condition Surveys.
