Tradewind Recruitment is expanding its daily supply team across Ealing and surrounding boroughs. We work directly with a large network of mainstream primary schools who use us as a preferred supplier for short-term and emergency cover.

We are looking for reliable, confident teachers who want either:
Regular daily bookings
Flexible 1-3 days per week
Full-time supply without the planning workload
A stepping stone into a long-term role

The Schools

We work with 1-form, 2-form and 3-form entry mainstream primary schools across West London. Many are Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding, with clear behaviour systems and established routines for supply teachers.

Who We Are Looking For

• UK QTS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
  Recent experience in UK primary schools
  Confident classroom and behaviour management
  Professional, punctual and adaptable
  Available for at least one day per week

This is not suitable for teachers without UK classroom experience.
