Location: South East (on-site, 5 days per week)

Hours: Full-time
We are looking for a Visiting Officer to join our team, working five days a week on-site across the South East. This is a hands-on role requiring regular visits to properties and direct engagement with tenants, residents, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out scheduled and reactive visits to properties

Assessing property conditions and reporting issues

Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams

Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Maintaining accurate records and reports following visits

Supporting tenancy management and resolving on-site issues
About You:

Previous experience in a visiting, housing, enforcement, or field-based role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule

Good IT skills and accurate record keeping

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
