Are you a qualified teacher or a highly experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful, one-to-one impact on a child's life.

Academics is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and resilient tutor to work with a child with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Autism.

• Deliver individualised, sensory-led learning tailored to the child's needs

• Create a safe, calm, and engaging learning environment

• Support emotional regulation, communication, and engagement

• Work closely with families, professionals, and Academics' support team

• Sessions may take place in the home or alternative provision

? Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS)or? Exceptionally experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong SEND background

You will have:

• Proven experience with PMLD and/or Autism and SEMH

• Strong behaviour management and trauma-informed practice

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• Confidence adapting learning in highly personalised ways

• A genuine commitment to inclusive education
