Role and Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and handle front desk duties
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and catering
  • Answer phones and respond to customer enquiries
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

Essential Skills:
  • Friendly, polished communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
