French, Dutch and Swedish speakers WANTED

FRENCH, DUTCH AND SWEDISH Temporary Customer Service Agents - Product Recall
Location: London, E14
Start Date: ASAP Duration: A few weeks (dependent on volumes)

We are looking for 30 FRENCH, DUTCH AND SWEDISH speaking Customer Service Agents to support a product recall. You'll be the first point of contact for consumers, handling calls and emails with empathy and clarity.

Shifts:

• Mon-Fri: 08:00-16 30-20:00

• Sat-Sun: 10:00-17:00

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong customer care skills, calm under pressure

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• IT literate (Google Suite, Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)

• Flexible and team-oriented
