Overview:A friendly school in Swindon are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the Annual Review Manager. This role plays a key part in coordinating and managing administrative processes related to children's annual reviews, ensuring communication is timely, accurate, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Annual Review Manager in preparing and coordinating annual review documentation for pupils.
- Communicate with the local borough, parents, and external professionals via email and telephone.
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce letters, reports, and general correspondence.
- Provide reception cover when required, greeting visitors and speaking with parents.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including typing, filing, data entry, and managing records.
- Ensure all work is handled sensitively and confidentially, in line with safeguarding and GDPR requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background and confident use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy SEND school environment with professionalism and empathy.
- Highly organised, with good attention to detail.
- Able to start as soon as possible.
