We're supporting a leading independent property consultancy in their search for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Cardiff team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a broad range of building surveying duties, including:

  • Contract Administration
  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Dilapidations
  • Building Pathology
  • General commercial building surveying duties aligned with a Chartered Building Surveyor role

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree in Building Surveying & MRICS accreditation
  • Strong and accurate report writing skills
  • Experience working within a proactive commercial environment
  • Sound understanding of commercial building contracts
  • Commercially astute with a strong technical skillset
  • Confident adopting and leveraging technology
  • High level of up-to-date technical building knowledge
