Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a broad range of building surveying duties, including:
- Contract Administration
- Technical Due Diligence
- Dilapidations
- Building Pathology
- General commercial building surveying duties aligned with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Degree in Building Surveying & MRICS accreditation
- Strong and accurate report writing skills
- Experience working within a proactive commercial environment
- Sound understanding of commercial building contracts
- Commercially astute with a strong technical skillset
- Confident adopting and leveraging technology
- High level of up-to-date technical building knowledge
