We are currently recruiting experienced skilled trades operatives to support a range of estates, maintenance, and construction projects across commercial, public sector, and healthcare environments. These roles offer consistent, long-term work with reputable organisations and immediate starts for the right candidates.

Whether you specialise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fabric maintenance, or multi-trade work, we have multiple temporary roles available.

• Electricians / Electrical Improvers
• Plumbers / Mechanical Operatives
• Carpenters / Joiners
• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers
• Painters & Decorators
• Fabric Technicians / Handypersons
• Groundworkers / General Operatives

• Deliver high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across occupied and non-occupied sites
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance, building regulations, and site procedures
• Diagnose issues, carry out remedial work, and report defects
• Work effectively with site teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate job sheets and follow planned/reactive workflows

• Previous experience in your chosen trade (commercial, public sector, or estates environments desirable)
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• CSCS, JIB, IPAF, PASMA or other trade-related tickets beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
