Are you an enthusiastic and passionate EYFS Level 3 Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in early childhood education?

A warm and welcoming nursery school in Watford is seeking two dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their supportive team from February 2026. Following recent staff changes, the setting is looking for individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for nurturing children s early development. The nursery offers in-house training, ongoing support, and a positive team culture that values professional growth.

• A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
• Experience working in Nursery or Reception settings.
• A nurturing and enthusiastic approach with a passion for supporting early childhood development.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences.
• Assist with planning, observations, and assessments.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for all children.
• Work closely with colleagues to support each child s individual progress.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting.

Successful candidates will take part in a two-stage interview process:

• Child Interaction Session ( minutes): Engaging a child in a simple activity.
• Formal Interview: A discussion with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.

• Supportive and friendly team environment.
• Access to in-house training and ongoing CPD.
• Long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
