We're looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our established team in Coventry.

The role sits within our Business Support market, but we're open on sector background.

The role

You'll take ownership of an active desk with an existing client base, alongside the opportunity to grow accounts and win new business. It's a balanced role covering:

• Client management and relationship building

• Business development and account growth

• End-to-end recruitment delivery

You'll have the autonomy to manage your desk properly, with the backing of a strong brand and support where it adds value.
