What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for claims and general enquiries
- Investigating and resolving cases promptly and accurately
- Communicating with empathy and confidence via phone and email
- Managing a wide variety of claims with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensuring every customer feels supported and reassured throughout the process

Training & Development
You'll begin with 8 weeks of full-time, classroom-based training to set you up for success. This is designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer care from day one.
Working Hours:
- Training: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm (8 weeks, no leave)
- After Training: Rota between 8am-6:15pm, Mon-Sat
- Saturday: 1 in every 6 weeks (day off in lieu)
- Start Date: March 2026
