So, what will you be doing?- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and attending property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
- Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding applications, negotiations, and agreements
- Coordinating property advertising, photographs, and portal listings
- Assisting with tenancy progression and renewals
- Supporting compliance documentation, Right to Rent checks, and letting packs
- Maintaining accurate records on lettings software and updating the website
- Assisting with property boards and general lettings administration
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
