The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs
Work closely with the class teacher and wider support staff
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Help create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment



What You'll Need:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
