Location: Sheffield - On Site 5 days a week - Full time Salary: Competitive6 months - FTC

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit an Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering on an initial 6m contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide immediate leadership across teams
• Assess current capability, structure and technical performance
• Drive improvements in OEE, yield, scrap reduction and productivity
• Support NPI / industrialisation programmes

The Person

We're looking for a confident, hands-on person who can inspire a team while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence and delivery.

• Proven Head of Manufacturing Engineering / Head of Engineering background
• Strong Lean / CI expertise (Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong people leadership experience
• Immediately available or short notice
