I'm currently working exclusively with a highly respected, independent planning and development consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Hampshire.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious planner who wants to work on high-quality, commercially focused projects while being part of a collaborative, close-knit team with genuine progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects including:

  • Residential and mixed-use developments

  • Commercial and employment schemes

  • Strategic land promotions

  • Urban regeneration projects

You will manage your own caseload while supporting Directors on larger schemes, with real exposure to clients and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

  • Managing projects from instruction through to determination

  • Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation

  • Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and clients

  • Supporting business development activities

About You
  • MRTPI qualified (or working towards)

  • Experience within a consultancy or private-sector environment

  • Strong report writing and project management skills

  • Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence

  • Full UK driving licence
