An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their Customer Success team. Supporting with customer engagement and revenue collection, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team. This role could lead to a permanent opportunity.

The role:

  • Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
  • Managing subscription fee communications, providing clear explanation about pay and invoicing structure
  • Chasing unpaid invoices
  • Improving data accuracy across systems
  • Support customers in understanding their account status and resolving billing issues
  • Merge, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the system

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
  • Confident handling queries and objections that may arise from calls
  • High level of customer service
  • Can do attitude
  • Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
  • Enjoy working in a team
