What You'll Do
* Partner with learning professionals, leadership teams, generalists, HR/TA, and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with Marketing on promotion and visibility of learning initiatives
* Funnel insights, feedback, and recommendations back into the organization
* Design and inform learning content and initiatives (people manager series, skills training, leadership, professional development)
* Build and scale professional development offerings across multiple formats
* Lead program and project management, acting as UK point of contact and orchestrating leadership programs end-to-end

What You Bring
* Advanced PowerPoint and design capability: strong visual sense, able to create polished, professional presentations
* Confident professional presence speaks up, engages quickly, and can hit the ground running with transferable skills
* Background suited to large, global organizations; industry experience matters, ideally from a similar environment
* Experience working within complex, matrixed teams comfortable interacting with HR and Talent partners and large stakeholder groups
* Strong learning and development expertise, including classroom delivery, training material design, and execution
* Proven program and project management skills with excellent stakeholder management and global experience
