Our client is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our proactive and friendly OH team based at their Head Office near Heathrow. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality occupational health service that supports a fast-paced, dynamic business and helps maintain the wellbeing of colleagues across the organisation.

You'll be joining a supportive, multi-specialist team of OH Physicians and Advisors who work collaboratively to provide expert guidance on fitness for work, case management, sickness absence, and the prevention of work-related ill health across ground, air, and international environments.

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident working in a busy, evolving environment. Flexibility to travel and respond to changing business needs is essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NMC Part 3 Registration with a minimum of 2 years' occupational health experience
• Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management, health & wellbeing initiatives, and workplace assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse workforce of managers and colleagues
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• A degree-level Occupational Health qualification (highly desirable)
• Experience within the aviation sector (advantageous)
