What You'll Be Doing
- Being the first point of contact for hire enquiries
- Managing the full hire process - quotes, bookings, deliveries, and off-hires
- Coordinating with transport, workshop, and depot teams
- Making sure equipment movements are planned, efficient, and on schedule
- Maintaining accurate documentation and system records
- Spotting opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction
- Playing a key role in the smooth running of the depot
