If you thrive in a busy environment and love being the go-to person who makes things happen you'll absolutely love this role.

Why This Role Is a Big Deal

As a Hire Controller, you'll sit right at the heart of operations. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on, the coordinator who makes sure the right kit gets to the right place, and the problem-solver who keeps things running on time.

  • Coordinating with transport, workshop, and depot teams
  • Making sure equipment movements are planned, efficient, and on schedule

  • Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues
  • Thrives in a busy operational environment
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Is comfortable using IT systems (training provided)
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
  • Has a positive mindset and is eager to develop

You'll be joining a people-focused business that genuinely invests in its staff. Expect:

  • A competitive salary with regular reviews
  • Extra holidays + options to buy/sell
  • Company sick pay
  • Strong learning & development opportunities
  • Employee discounts & lifestyle perks
  • Life assurance & pension scheme
  • Wellbeing support, including an EAP
  • A friendly, supportive team where you're valued from day one

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take their career in hire operations to the next level with a stable, reputable company that's continuing to grow.
